2008 Chateau Guibon Entre-Deux-Mers Bordeaux

Chateau Guibon Entre-Deux-Mers
This white Bordeaux is a 60% Semillon, 30% Sauvignon, and 10% Muscadelle. Props to the bottle for reminding me that 50-55 degrees is the ideal serving temp...although this came straight out of my 34 degree fridge and into my glass.

Another good summer wine for sipping on a nice summer eve. Very light, crisp and tart. The peach on the finish tries to leave it sweet. My wife wants to rate this a 7...but it's a bit tart for me, so I'll give it a 6/10. She was $13 at Total Wine.
